Loans for medical school as a foreign?

Hey guys! I'm planning to study medicine in US as a foreign student. I know that is not that difficult to find a scholarship to study premed but I know that is really difficult for medical school... so if I don't get a scholarship I’m planning to get a loan... but how difficult is to get a loan as a foreign student? What I need to have or prove for that? Thanks for your help!
