How to lose weight when I cook for the whole family and do not have time to make 2 different dinners?

Don't do diet pills. Go for runs. Do exercise videos. Try doing 100 crunches every night before bed. If you get enough exercise, the weight will come off much quicker. Take the baby for walks in a stroller (that burns a ton of calories pushing the stroller around). It also creates bonding time with your child:) Also drink a full glass of water before you eat and another one during your meal and eat off a small plate so that it looks full without it being too much food. You don't need to change what you eat, just limit what you do, and get plenty of exercise! Also just try to incorporate veggies, they don't have to be fresh! you can buy frozen green beans, carrots, spinach and brocoli! Good luck!:)
