Name of a spaceship toy from the late 80's?

I'm trying to remember the name of a toy I had for Christmas one year. It was a giant spaceship (looked alot like the saucer section of the enterprise), you could just fly it around like that but once it landed and the top came off it had lots of small vehicles inside (I would say 30 odd). I think they were grouped togeather like construction ones, sea ones, digging ones... It was either the late 80's or very early 90's... Does anyone know it's name?
