I have an R C Bavaria set of dishes they have a woman looking into water painted on side what pattern is this?

This set appears to be a cream soup cup? and saucer/ dish they are green and white with gold accents and the cups have a woman looking into what seems to be water painted on one side. The cups have 2 handles. The mark on the bottom is R C with a crown and an x separating the R and C. Below the marking says TILLY and yet below Tilly the word Bavaria. Can someone please help me with this?
