What is suppose to happen when you are told you got a benefits package from work?

So basically I was originally hired at my work as a temporary employee for a remodel but I am now there part time I believe, but i was receiving to many hours during the remodel I guess so I received a benefits package and that im full time because of that, they told me they were going to show it to me i guess but that was probably a month or two ago and Ive never really brought it up but Im just wondering if im suppose to sign for something or if there's a time limit I have to claim it because I don't know if there trying to stall so I don't claim it and all its perks or what not, so if anyone knows whats up with this, anything will help, thanks
