A question for anyone knowledgeable about ROTC?

If I am going to a college on an ROTC scholarship, am I allowed to transfer to another school and battalion after already attending a semester or two at another college? If so, would the transfer process be just like a normal college transfer? Would I still get to keep the scholarship?
